SoCalBeerPong Training Facility’s Varsity Squad takes $400 prize in 43 team tournament.

You may have recently heard about the SCBP Training Facility, if not here s what its all about:

“Three SCBP faithful have found a 6 bedroom house in Huntington Beach. They would like to live with fellow competitive beer pong enthusiasts in what would have to be the first official SCBP Training Facility. Rent would be cheap, and they are looking to move in as soon as possible. Submit your application as soon as possible as this property will not be available for very long. [Application Form]“

The self proclaimed “Varsity Squad” (Mike Wan and RJ) delivered! If there are even still available spaces for this home, I am sure that after SCBP is being bombarded with applications. I mean, who would not want to be by top notch players? Obviously it pays off to be constantly playing some of the best in the area.

It was a clean sweep for Mike and RJ as they cruised through the tournament not losing a single game. Pretty impressive considering the competition. I watched one of the earlier rounds and ironically they were struggling a little bit. Mike had missed 4 in a row when he asked his opponent to choose a cup, his opponent “bean” chose the back right corner on a 4 cup rack. Mike made the cup immediately and then did not miss the rest of the game. Varsity Squad used this momentum to easily beat the rest of the field
